Once our physical and emotional needs are consistently met, people confront the perplexing question: now what? Technologies new and ancient are being explored as ways to level up; and brands are grappling with how to support this demand.

WHY DESIGN?

Design is a practice which puts human needs front and center. Transformational experiences require more personalization than any other type of product or service. Embedding a human-centered approach into any transformational business is essential for understanding how brands can best show up for their customers at every step of their transformational journey.
